Established in 2024. Laya is the latest concept from Sunset Entertainment Group (SEG), pioneers of the Hollywood social scene, responsible for some of LA’s most noteworthy nightclubs of the past three decades, including the Sunset Room, Lure, White Lotus, Le Jardin, Green Door, La Mesa Lounge and more. Laya transports diners to a sun-drenched open-air market, filling the space with earthy, natural materials and handcrafted accents. Top Chef Middle East & North Africa winner, Charbel Hayek brings Middle Eastern cuisine with a California influence to the heart of Hollywood.

Laya is an establishment for guests aged 21 and over.
Valet parking is available.
All meats served at Laya are certified hala.
A prix-fixe menu is required for reservations with 13 or more guests.

From late Fall through early Spring, Laya features a fully tented outdoor dining space equipped with heating to ensure comfort in all weather conditions — including cooler evenings and rain.

RESERVATIONS are highly encouraged. Laya takes walk-ins on a first come first served basis in the bar and lounge areas.

Dress Code
